Work Areas
6. You can choose 2-3 areas to learn and contribute in:
- a. HR, Training,
- b. Finance, Accounts, Fund raising
- c. AI, WordPress, SharePoint,
- d. Horticulture [sp. Hydroponics and Fogponics], Green house, Poly house
- e. Architecture [including mandatory COA approved internship supervised by an eminent Architect], Civil Engineering – specially: Green!
- f. Science Promotion, Even Management, Knowledge Workshops
- g. Product Design and Development [sp. for easing the lives of the poor],
- h. Videography, video editing, animation
- i. Digital and Print Content Development,
- j. Social Media [content, marketing and promotion] etc.
2. In fact, if you write excellent English, have sound general knowledge, are a passionate learner AND enjoy enriching your surroundings, go ahead and apply: we will create a position specially for you.
Education:
3. Brilliant Graduates / PGs with good track record and capable of taking up responsible work from day one in the chosen area.
4. For PGs - and for those with experience - compensation will start at the upper range - and can be negotiated.

Expectations:
6. This is a challenging, 6-month, highly empowering on-job training opportunity (not suitable for the lazy, easy-going, ‘internship-holiday’ or ‘just-certificate’ seeking youth) in a professionally managed, digitally empowered, visionary social service organization that works on Office365, and endeavours to harness contemporary IT including AI
7. You are expected to:
- Make measurable productive contribution in one or two chosen areas and generally in the realm of rationality - in the course of work and recreation.
- Be rapid learner, possess multiple skills and interests and considerable self- respect
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills [English / Hindi / Gujarati / Urdu].
- You write Grammatically correct English, and be proficient in MS Excel and power surfing, ideally with some exposure to AI.
- Should have rational outlook, left of centre political leanings, be liberal and intellectually open to change, considerable empathy for the disadvantaged ones.
- And have a zest for living a constructive, enjoyable life.
8. You will quickly transform into an empowered full fledged officer. You will then be absorbed in regular service on completion of this 6-month traineeship, as Junior Management Officer - or exceptionally as Deputy Manager - at salaries upwards of Rs.2L/PA
Campus, Compensation, Boarding and Lodging
9. The compensation indicates the range in which you may be placed according to your excellence and ability to make productive contribution.
10. At Paldi, central Ahmedabad we have a mini hostel and the head office. But the major work happens at our serene campus called TARKIK SADAN [check Google] at Matar, 40KMs from Ahmedabad. Most of you will work at this campus.
11. In consideration of 2 hours of additional productivity we may offer free boarding and lodging. For the 8-hr workers we may subsidize these.
INTERNSHIP:
For those not selected for Management Trainee Career directly:
12. If you don't quite make it to the above Trainee career, but are keen to work with us we may assess you for an Immersive, 3-month internship.
13. Free boarding, lodging, local transport, 24-hr internet, and basic recreation will be provided to full-time residential interns
14. Certificate of Experience will be issued
15. Moreover, guaranteed Jobs at Ahmedabad and Matar will be offered to all successful Interns
