Job Title: Team Leader – Inside Sales
Job Overview
We are seeking a performance-driven Team Leader to manage and lead a team of Inside Sales Executives. The role requires strong ownership of team productivity, adherence to daily KPIs, and consistent delivery on conversion targets. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, data-driven, and capable of driving discipline and performance within the team.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10–15 Inside Sales Executives
● Drive team performance against daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
● Ensure strict adherence to daily KPIs, including:
- Connected calls
- Talk time
- Demo bookings
- Referral generation
● Monitor real-time performance and take corrective actions to improve output
● Conduct daily huddles and performance reviews with the team
● Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans (PIPs) where required
● Ensure high conversion rates through effective pipeline management and deal closures
● Maintain and track performance reports and MIS dashboards
● Handle escalations and support the team in closing critical leads
● Enforce adherence to attendance, punctuality, and organizational policies
● Ensure compliance with quality standards and process guidelines
Requirements
● 3–5 years of experience in inside sales/telecalling, with team handling experience
● Proven ability to manage high-performance sales teams
● Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and conversion funnels
● Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
● Highly target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
