Vinara Infra seeks a detail-oriented Sr. Planning Engineer to oversee construction project timelines, resources, and compliance. You ll develop schedules, mitigate risks, track budgets, and ensure on-time project delivery in Bangalore. Collaboration with contractors, clients, and internal teams is essential.
Roles and Responsibilities Create/maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor costs vs. budgets and control expenditures
- Track progress, report delays, and adjust plans dynamically
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients
- Ensure compliance with safety/quality standards and RERA
- Prepare progress reports for senior management
- Requirements
Mandatory: DCE & B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRIMAVERA P6, LEED
Experience: 5 to 8 Years in Commercial, Residentials & Industrial Construction Projects.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
