SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As a Management Trainee, you'll be part of an 8-month rotational program designed to give you hands-on exposure across business functions and market segments. Through live business projects, cross-functional collaboration, and guidance from experienced professionals, you'll gain valuable industry insights and develop a strong understanding of our business. This position of management trainee is based at Mumbai location.
Responsibilities:

Participate in rotational assignments across different business functions and market segments.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Full-time MBA/PGDM with specialization in Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management, or related fields, along with a relevant Engineering/Technical degree.

Open to graduates from the 2023–2026 batches.
