Loan Officer – Marketing Division VAJRA FINCARE (Gold Loan Finance)
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Customer Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new customers for gold loan products through field marketing.
- Generate leads via direct visits, referrals, and local networking.
- Build strong relationships with local communities, traders, and small businesses.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business targets.
2. Field Marketing & Promotion
- Conduct door-to-door campaigns and field visits in assigned areas.
- Distribute promotional materials and explain product benefits to potential customers.
- Participate in local events, campaigns, and roadshows to increase brand awareness.
- Promote VAJRA FINCARE’s gold loan schemes and offers effectively.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain continuous engagement with existing customers for repeat business.
- Provide guidance on loan renewal, top-up loans, and repayment options.
- Address customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
4. Loan Processing Support
- Assist customers with documentation and KYC requirements.
- Coordinate with branch staff for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure accurate and complete submission of customer details.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Gather information about competitors’ products, interest rates, and schemes.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
- Maintain daily activity reports and lead tracking data.
6. Recovery & Follow-Up
- Follow up with customers for timely interest payments and loan closure.
- Support the branch in minimizing overdue accounts and defaults.
- Maintain healthy customer repayment behavior.
7. Compliance & Ethical Practices
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain transparency in communication regarding loan terms and conditions.
- Avoid mis-selling and ensure ethical marketing practices.

Pay: ₹10,994.67 - ₹25,000.00 per month
