We are seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will build and scale modern full-stack applications leveraging React on the frontend, Python and FastAPI on the backend, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as our core infrastructure.
A primary focus of this role is the intersection of software engineering and Artificial Intelligence. You will design and deploy application features powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), utilizing BigQuery to manage and analyze large-scale datasets. Additionally, we highly value engineering efficiency; candidates who actively leverage AI-assisted coding tools (like GitHub Copilot) to accelerate their development lifecycle will find themselves right at home in our forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development: Build responsive, highly interactive user interfaces using React and design high-performance, secure, and scalable RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
GCP Cloud Architecture: Deploy, manage, and scale applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) utilizing services
Data Engineering & Analytics: Write optimized SQL queries and manage large-scale datasets within Google BigQuery to power application features, analytics, and AI model inputs.
AI & LLM Integration: Integrate LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Vertex AI) to build intelligent features such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, semantic search, agents, and automated workflows.
AI-Driven Development Workflow: Actively utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot / Opencode) to write clean code, generate unit tests, and accelerate delivery.
Collaboration & Best Practices: Work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with product managers, data scientists, and design teams. Participate in code reviews and advocate for clean code, robust testing, and solid CI/CD practices.
