Job Description
We are looking for energetic Sales Executives to drive TVS two-wheeler sales at our showroom. You’ll handle walk-in customers, explain products, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand needs, and suggest suitable TVS models
- Explain features, mileage, pricing, finance/loan options, and offers
- Conduct test rides and follow up with leads via calls/WhatsApp
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain showroom display, ensure vehicles are clean & ready
- Complete RTO documentation, insurance, and delivery process
- Update customer details in DMS and attend daily sales briefings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Plus Two / Any Degree
- Experience: 0-3 years in sales. Freshers with bike knowledge welcome
- Skills: Good communication in Malayalam + basic English/Hindi, two-wheeler driving license mandatory, basic computer knowledge
- Other: Passion for bikes, target-driven, ready for field work & events
