The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors. The role involves managing front office operations, delivering exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, coordinating reservations, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome members, guests, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage member check-ins, guest registrations, and visitor records.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly.
- Provide accurate information regarding club facilities, memberships, events, and services.
- Handle membership inquiries, renewals, registrations, and basic administrative documentation.
- Schedule court bookings, event reservations, meeting rooms, or other club facilities as applicable.
- Receive and process payments for memberships, guest fees, bookings, and other services (if assigned).
- Maintain daily attendance and visitor logs.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other departments to ensure seamless member experience.
- Handle complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Club Manager when necessary.
- Assist in promoting club events, programs, and activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Receive and distribute couriers, parcels, and official correspondence.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, scanning, photocopying, and record maintenance.
- Ensure confidentiality of member information and club records.
- Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
