Position: Educational Counsellor
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and communication-oriented Educational Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding suitable courses, career opportunities, and educational programs. The candidate will play a key role in student admissions, lead management, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads.
Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain student databases and counselling records.
Explain course features, fee structures, and program benefits.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams.
Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
Provide excellent customer service and post-admission support.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Experience in educational counselling, sales, or customer support is preferred.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
Prior experience in the education, Ed-Tech, or counselling sector will be an advantage.
