Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Personal Secretary to assist the Director/Owner of our recruitment consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain confidential files, documents, and records.
- Coordinate with clients, candidates, vendors, and team members.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and event planning when required.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in office administration and other tasks assigned by the Director.
- Manage and organize important business documents and data.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred (Freshers with excellent skills may also apply).
