Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented JEE/NEET Marketing Executive to strengthen our presence in the education market. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing on-ground marketing activities, building relationships with schools, coaching institutes, tuition teachers, and educational influencers, and generating quality leads for JEE/NEET programs. This role requires frequent field travel, excellent communication skills, and a passion for educational marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field marketing activities to promote JEE/NEET programs across schools, coaching institutes, tuition centers, and educational institutions.
- Develop strong relationships with school principals, teachers, coaching owners, and educational stakeholders.
- Organize and execute seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, scholarship tests, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and manage marketing activities in residential societies, malls, education fairs, and community events to increase brand awareness.
- Generate quality student leads through on-ground marketing initiatives and local partnerships.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counselling teams for timely follow-up and lead conversion.
- Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide regular feedback to management.
- Ensure all marketing activities and generated leads are accurately updated in the CRM system.
- Meet assigned lead generation and marketing KPIs.
- Ensure proper branding and visibility across assigned territories.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, educational marketing, brand promotions, or lead generation.
- Prior experience in the Education, EdTech, Coaching, or JEE/NEET industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with educational institutions and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Languages Known: English, Hindi, and the regional language.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in school outreach, institutional marketing, or educational campaigns.
- Existing network with schools, coaching institutes, or tuition teachers.
- Proven experience in organizing educational events, seminars, and promotional activities.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
