About the Role
Real Capital Ventures is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance in the luxury and premium real estate segment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, team management, client relationship building, and closing high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive end-to-end sales activities for residential real estate projects.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Convert company-generated leads into successful sales closures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or channel partner firms.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Good understanding of Bangalore real estate market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
