Business Development Lead – Contract Staffing

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Lead to accelerate our growth in the Contract Staffing business. This is a strategic, revenue-generating role for professionals who have a proven track record in acquiring new clients, closing staffing deals, and building long-term business relationships.
The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, an established network among HR and Talent Acquisition leaders, and the ability to independently manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development
- Drive end-to-end business development for contract staffing services.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across industries.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, field visits, and strategic relationship building.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop opportunities with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Procurement Teams, and Business Decision-Makers.
Client Acquisition & Sales Closure
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
- Understand client workforce requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and account growth.
- Coordinate with delivery and compliance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Market & Strategy
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Provide insights on pricing, service offerings, and target market segments.
- Contribute to business growth strategies and account prioritization plans.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within Contract Staffing, Workforce Solutions, Recruitment, or HR Consulting.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience handling enterprise, mid-market, or large-scale staffing accounts.
- Strong understanding of contract staffing business models and sales cycles.
- Existing professional network with HR, Talent Acquisition, or Procurement stakeholders is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital communication platforms.

- Additional regional languages will be an advantage
