About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our team. The candidate will assist in architectural planning, drafting, design coordination, and project execution for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed plans.
Assist senior architects in project design and execution.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
Prepare presentations, 3D views, and design documentation.
Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and standards.
Support in material selection and project coordination.
Work on AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Minimum 1 year of architectural experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software.
Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of interior detailing and site execution.
Basic understanding of BOQ and estimation.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
