Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the complete execution of electronic security projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, budget control, and customer satisfaction. The role involves leading project teams and coordinating with clients, vendors, technicians, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage electronic security projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, Fire Alarm, and other ELV projects.
- Coordinate and lead Project Coordinators, Engineers, Technicians, and subcontractors.
- Prepare project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of project materials.
- Manage project budgets, costing, billing, and cost tracking.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding project requirements and progress.
- Monitor site execution, quality, safety, and technical compliance.
- Identify and resolve project issues, risks, delays, and scope changes.
- Prepare project reports, MIS, documentation, and handover reports.
- Ensure successful testing, commissioning, snag closure, and project handover.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Project Manager / Project Lead, preferably in electronic security, ELV, construction, electrical, or technical services.
- Good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, IDS, Fire Alarm, and networking systems.
- Strong team management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or Project Management.
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or security design software is beneficial.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
