Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) within the IT industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Job description:
- Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Defect Life Cycle, test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect reporting.
- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Exposure to Automation Testing concepts and frameworks, with working knowledge of tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG, or similar technologies.
- Basic to intermediate programming/scripting knowledge in Java, Python, or similar languages for test automation and test data management.
- Experience with API Testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or equivalent platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SAP and testing processes will be considered an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project collaboration tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies, tools, and business domains.
- Flexible to work in shifts overlapping with U.S. business hours, based on project needs.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
