Personal Assistant position is to assist Operation head in his official work.This post required a person who can assist him in all the prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Screen all incoming calls; take messages and direct inquiries as appropriate
- Assist in updating daily, weekly, monthly calendar as appointment changes occur with immediate and partner departments
- Purchase and organize items for all personal requests
- Manage schedule to ensure timely arrival to events and appointments
- Assist in arranging domestic and international travel
- Participate in all events
- Support all departments and employees of the Company to assist in getting their deliverables met
- Manage daily operations in the office
- Ability to hold confidential content
