Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, preparing functional documentation, coordinating with technical teams, and communicating with UK-based clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and software requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Conduct Gap Analysis and analyse business processes.
- Create process flows, workflows, wireframes, and basic prototypes.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, developers, designers, QA, and project managers.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support the complete SDLC.
- Support UAT activities and requirement validation.
- Manage requirements and project documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with UK-based clients and stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirement
