We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students in choosing suitable courses, provide career-related advice, and support them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.
- Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain and update student databases and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions team for smooth onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
- 6 Months – 1 Year experience in Tele Sales, Academic Counseling, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
