Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ManageEngine Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise ManageEngine platforms.
The role involves delivering scalable ITSM, endpoint management, monitoring, identity governance, and automation solutions while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise-scale ManageEngine solutions aligned with business objectives. Architect and optimize platforms including ServiceDesk Plus, Endpoint Central, OpManager, ADManager Plus, ADAudit Plus, and PAM360.
Develop workflows, service catalogs, SLAs, automation, and governance frameworks.
Lead integrations with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, Active Directory, Azure AD, cloud, and monitoring platforms.
Design secure architectures incorporating RBAC, compliance, auditing, and privileged access controls.
Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and best practices to project and operations teams.
Create solution blueprints, roadmaps, technical documentation, and architecture standards.
Drive platform modernization, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
8+ years of IT experience with enterprise application and solution architecture expertise.
Strong hands-on experience with ManageEngine products, especially ServiceDesk Plus, Endpoint Central, OpManager, ADManager Plus, ADAudit Plus, and PAM360.
Solid understanding of ITSM, ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, and IT Operations.
Experience with REST APIs, web services, integrations, and workflow automation.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, IAM, endpoint security, and enterprise security principles.
Experience designing scalable, highly available, and secure enterprise solutions.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automation frameworks.
Experience integrating ERP, CRM, HRMS, SIEM, and monitoring platforms.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and governance models.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. ITIL, ManageEngine, TOGAF, Azure, AWS, CISSP, or CISM certifications are preferred.
