Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries.
* Counsel prospective students regarding digital marketing courses.
* Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare daily reports.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
* Coordinate with the marketing team for lead conversion activities.
Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education/training industry.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong follow-up and lead conversion abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
* Immediate joiners will be given preference.
