Role Description
Lead digital marketing initiatives to drive brand growth, qualified leads, and revenue. Own performance marketing, SEO, social media, and analytics to deliver data-driven results aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities / KRAs
1. Performance Marketing & Paid Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube Ads), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and audience segmentation
- Drive qualified leads and conversions while maintaining optimum CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audiences
- Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization
- Optimize website pages, blogs, metadata, backlinks, and technical SEO
- Track SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs (preferred)
3. Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow company presence across social media platforms
- Create and execute content strategies for brand awareness and engagement
- Coordinate with content/design teams for creatives, videos, and campaigns
- Monitor trends, engagement metrics, and competitor activities
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Analyze customer journey, conversion funnels, and campaign ROI
5. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
- Develop strategies for generating high-quality business leads
- Optimize landing pages and lead generation funnels
- Work closely with sales teams for lead quality improvement
- Track lead sources and conversion rates
6. Digital Strategy & Market Research
- Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing with proven performance marketing expertise
- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, Search Console, and SEO tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush/Ahrefs preferred
- Graduate required
- Willing to work from Sector 58, Noida
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
