Job Title: Store Incharge (Delivery & Hub Operations)

Job Summary
The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing store operations, inventory control, and supporting delivery and hub operations, including handling delivery staff and ensuring smooth daily dispatch of milk and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor stock levels and inventory records.
- Handle receiving, storing, and issuing of materials/products.
- Ensure proper stock arrangement and storage practices.
- Maintain stock registers and documentation.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits.
- Report stock shortages or discrepancies.
- Support delivery operations including dispatch and order handling.
- Plan and manage daily delivery schedules and routes.
- Ensure timely delivery of milk and products.
- Monitor and track delivery status and performance.
- Handle delivery delays, issues, and customer complaints.
- Supervise and manage delivery boys/drivers.
- Track attendance, punctuality, and performance of delivery staff.
- Ensure team follows company policies and delivery SOPs.
- Act as Hub Incharge and manage daily hub operations.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer support teams.
- Ensure proper handling of milk and products during dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain basic reports (stock, delivery, attendance).
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store and hub area.
Qualifications
- Any Degree / Diploma (preferred)
Experience
- 0–1 year experience in store, logistics, or operations (Freshers can apply)

- Route planning and delivery management
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / reporting)
- Ability to handle field + operational responsibilities
Salary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
