Job Summary
ORIGAIN GLOBAL CORP is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote our IT software and mobile application solutions. The ideal candidate should have prior field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while achieving sales targets.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Target Achievement Bonus: ₹15,000

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Meet customers to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Present company products, services, and unique selling points (USPs).
- Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain customer records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Field Sales preferred).
- Experience in IT software, SaaS, or technology sales will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
