Job Description
Position: Senior MIS Executive / Merchandiser
Company: Dhananjai Lifestyle Ltd.
Location: Howrah, Kolkata
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze sales, inventory, stock movement, and business performance data.
- Generate accurate reports and dashboards for management review.
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, warehouse, and sales teams for data collection and reporting.
- Monitor order status, dispatches, inventory levels, and replenishment requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain records in ERP/MIS systems.
- Assist in planning, forecasting, and decision-making through data analysis.
- Track key business metrics and identify trends or discrepancies.
Key Skills Required
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong command of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, IF Functions, and advanced Excel formulas (Mandatory).
- Ability to handle large datasets and prepare analytical reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience in MIS reporting, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- 12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Relevant experience in MIS, Reporting, Merchandising, or Data Management will be preferred.
Experience
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in MIS, Data Analysis, Merchandising, or a similar role.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
