Awaken Jewels is looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead business operations and drive the next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall business operations
Drive omnichannel (D2C + Retail) growth
Retail store expansion
Supply chain & inventory management
SOP implementation & process optimization
P&L ownership and business growth
Team leadership & strategic execution
Requirements:
Fresher to 10+ years of leadership experience (COO/Business Head/Operations Head)
Strong experience in Retail, D2C, Luxury or Jewellery industry
Proven experience in P&L management and business scaling
Experience in retail expansion and operations
Willing to relocate to Surat
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
