We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative Intern (BDR Intern) to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales processes, and client interaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities
- Support lead generation activities through calls, emails, and online research
- Initiate outreach to prospects and help schedule meetings or demos
- Understand basic customer requirements and assist in presenting suitable solutions
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
- Work closely with the sales team to support the sales pipeline
- Follow up with prospects and maintain communication
- Assist in preparing basic reports on leads and outreach activities
- Support the team in day-to-day business development tasks
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn sales and business development processes
- Basic understanding of customer handling and communication

Tools & Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiarity with CRM tools (optional, training will be provided)
