Job Summary:
An Manager of Accounts and Finance is a senior leadership role responsible for managing an organization's financial operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial decision-making. They ensure financial stability and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy & Forecasting: Designing and driving long-term financial plans, analyzing liabilities, and managing capital structures.
- Team Leadership: Supervising, mentoring, and evaluating department staff, including accountants, controllers, and treasurers.
- Reporting & Analysis: Preparing reliable monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, alongside performing data-driven business forecasting.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring all financial records, tax filings (e.g., GST, IT), and corporate policies strictly comply with relevant legal frameworks.
- Control & Governance:Developing internal financial controls, managing cash flow, and coordinating both internal and external audits .
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
