Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Executive to support our sales operations, customer management, quotation preparation, costing, reporting, and client coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and costing sheets.
✅ Coordinate with customers, clients, vendors, and internal sales teams.
✅ Arrange client meetings and follow up on inquiries and requirements.
✅ Generate and maintain sales reports, MIS reports, and trackers.
✅ Track orders, deliveries, and project status updates.
✅ Maintain customer databases and documentation.
✅ Follow up on pending payments, quotations, and customer requirements.
✅ Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
✅ Handle email communication and customer correspondence professionally.
✅ Prepare presentations and reports for management review.
✅ Ensure timely updates of sales activities and customer interactions.
Required Skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
✔ Experience in quotation preparation and costing.
✔ Customer handling and client coordination experience.
✔ Good follow-up and reporting skills.
✔ Data management and documentation skills.
✔ Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and sales teams.
✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
