We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Terrarium Workshop Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating and teaching terrarium art, along with a passion for plants, creativity, and hands-on workshops. You will be responsible for conducting engaging terrarium sessions and helping participants create beautiful miniature gardens.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct terrarium-making workshops for beginners and groups
- Teach participants about terrarium design, layering, plant selection, and maintenance
- Guide students in creating open and closed terrariums creatively
- Prepare workshop materials including plants, soil, stones, moss, and glass containers
- Ensure proper handling and care of plants during sessions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Assist in planning themed workshops and creative events
- Provide individual support and guidance during practical sessions
- Help create a fun and relaxing workshop experience for participants
Requirements
- Prior experience in terrarium making, gardening, or plant-based art workshops
- Good knowledge of succulents, moss, indoor plants, and terrarium care
- Strong communication and teaching skills
- Creative mindset with attention to aesthetics and detail
- Ability to manage group workshops and interactive sessions
- Friendly and energetic personality
- Passion for plants, nature, and creative experiences
Preferred Skills
- Experience in conducting DIY or art workshops
- Knowledge of plant care and decorative styling
- Event coordination or customer interaction experience
- Social media content ideas related to terrariums and workshops
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
