Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative social media strategies, engaging with online communities, and driving brand growth through organic and paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement result-driven social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content, including images, videos, reels, and captions.
- Monitor social trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Engage with the online community, respond to queries, and build strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and video editors to maintain brand consistency.
- Develop content calendars and oversee the execution of promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand social reach.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and YouTube Studio.
- Generate insightful reports on engagement, reach, and ROI, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously test and refine creatives, audience targeting, and content strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 + years in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Social Media Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Expertise in Social Media Tools: Meta Business Suite and other Social Media platforms.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to write compelling copy and engage audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Experience with performance tracking, A/B testing, and audience insights.
- Creativity & Innovation: Ability to craft engaging content and think outside the box.
- Knowledge of Paid Campaigns & SEO: Experience in running Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
- Preferred Skills: Graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Canva), video editing, Team performance tracking, and team management. will be a plus
