Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles, along with exposure to core HR operations. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys talent acquisition while also contributing to day-to-day HR activities.
The role will primarily focus on 70% Recruitment and 30% HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle hiring for both IT and Non-IT positions.
- Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Negotiate salary, roll out offer letters, and ensure a smooth joining process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
HR Operations (30%)
- Assist with employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.
- Prepare HR letters and documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining employee data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring for both IT and Non-IT positions.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in stakeholder management and hiring coordination.
- Knowledge of onboarding and HR documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
