1. 3-4 Years of experience in Learning & Development role
2. Experience in conducting classroom training and On Job training
3. Good communication skills, presentation skills, well versed in excel and powerpoint
4. Must be aware about facilitation skills and how to handle audience
5. Must have worked on business projects to improve the metrics
6. Must be well versed with MS office, Canva, designing basic training PPT's.
7. Travelling - PAN India
