Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Act as a liaison between management, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and follow up on action items, deadlines, and key projects.
- Organize events, conferences, and business meetings.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and business presentations.
- Perform general administrative and office management duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
