- Assist customers with digital banking products and services.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Promote and educate customers about digital banking platforms and features.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to bank policies, compliance requirements, and process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate candidates only.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum 3.5 Versant Score required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and customer handling skills.
