Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive with at least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and client communication. This role requires someone who can efficiently source top IT talent while maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring timely delivery of hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams and clients.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Negotiate compensation and manage offer roll-out and joining formalities.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain an updated candidate database.
Client Handling
Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
Provide timely updates on recruitment progress and candidate status.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
Address client concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
HR Operations
Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain recruitment records and HR databases.
Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement and compliance.
Contribute to improving recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
Experience in handling domestic IT hiring requirements.
Strong understanding of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in client coordination and stakeholder management.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience working in an IT services or software development company.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is an added advantage.
