Key Responsibilities:
1. Bookkeeping & Accounting:
· Maintain accurate books of accounts in ERP and Tally
· Record daily transactions (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Journal entries)
· Ensure proper ledger maintenance and account reconciliation
· Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis
2. E-commerce Accounting:
· Record and reconcile sales from E-commerce platforms
· Handle returns, refunds, commissions, and platform charges
· Maintain proper entries for payment gateways and settlements
3. ERP & Tally Operations:
· Ensure all accounting entries are updated in ERP/Tally
· Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
· Maintain proper documentation and audit records
4. MS Excel & Reporting:
· Prepare daily and monthly reports using MS Excel
· Work on data analysis, reconciliation, and MIS reports
· Use formulas, pivot tables, and basic data tools
5. Payables & Receivables:
· Track outstanding receivables and follow up
· Manage vendor payments and reconciliation
· Prepare and record debit/credit notes
6. Compliance Support:
· Assist in GST data preparation and reconciliation
· Support during audits and financial closing

Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
· 1–4 years of experience in accounting (E-commerce preferred)
· Hands-on experience with ERP software and Tally
· Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
· Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles
