Qualification: B.Tech / B.E.
Experince: 8 – 10 Years
Key Responsibility:
→ Shop Floor Safety, PPE Compliance & 5S Implementation
→ Daily Work Allocation to Production Operators
→ Monitoring Yield & Productivity Targets
→ Production Quality Control & Troubleshooting
→ Daily Production Reports & Documentation
→ Verification of Machine, Process & Quality Records
→ Product Quality Inspection & Defect Control
→ Production Process Improvement & Line Loss Reduction
→ FIFO Implementation & Shop Floor Discipline
→ Safety & Quality Improvement Activities
→ WIS / OPL Preparation & Revision
→ Manpower Training & Skill Development
