Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize marketing technology platforms including CRM, GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and marketing automation tools.
- Implement and maintain website, conversion, and event tracking across digital channels.
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance and customer journeys.
- Ensure accurate attribution and data flow between marketing platforms.
- Support lead management, audience segmentation, and marketing automation workflows.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and development teams to improve tracking and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct audits of tracking setups and recommend improvements.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and attribution models.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, data layers, and website tracking implementation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Looker Studio, BigQuery, or similar reporting tools.
- Understanding of eCommerce tracking and customer lifecycle analytics.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in MarTech, Digital Analytics, Marketing Operations, or a similar role.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
