Job Title: HR Trainee
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated HR Trainee to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students who want to build a career in Human Resource Management and gain hands-on experience in HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Help in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
- Assist in attendance and leave management tracking
- Support payroll-related data collection and verification (if applicable)
- Participate in employee engagement activities and HR events
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks and documentation
- Support HR team in day-to-day operations and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR/Business preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Understanding of HR concepts like recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Internship experience in HR or administration
- Familiarity with HR software/tools (ATS, HRMS)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
