Job Description – Telecaller

About the Role
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team at the UIDM Office in Udaipur. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining services to potential clients/students, following up on leads, and maintaining strong communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients/students.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and politely.
- Explain company services, courses, or offerings clearly.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful enrollments/sales.
- Coordinate with the counseling/sales team when required.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email handling).
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
- Prior telecalling/customer support experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
