Oversees daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, safely, and according to specifications. Key responsibilities include supervising workers and subcontractors, coordinating with other project stakeholders, managing resources, and maintaining quality control and safety compliance. They also prepare reports and resolve issues that arise on site.
