Requirements

8–12 years in product management

3+ years leading product areas at a Senior Product Manager level or equivalent

Deep background in data, analytics, BI, or data infrastructure products

Track record of shipping meaningful product in complex B2B or enterprise environments

Strong strategic instincts – you shape direction, not just execute it

Experience working with or alongside US-based teams

Comfortable with async, distributed collaboration

Highly effective written and verbal communicator

Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for major product areas from discovery through launch

Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, and data science

Translate complex customer and market signals into clear product decisions

Raise the execution standard for the team through better specs, tighter scoping, and faster learning cycles

Lead customer discovery and maintain deep feedback loops with enterprise users

Partner directly with the Co-Founder and Head of Product on roadmap, strategy, and tradeoffs
