Lead Calls – Contact and follow up with potential customers, understand their requirements, and convert leads into service appointments.
NPS Calls – Conduct Net Promoter Score (NPS) calls to collect customer feedback, measure satisfaction levels, and identify areas for service improvement.
Service Scheduling – Coordinate and schedule service appointments, confirm customer availability, and ensure timely service delivery.
Additional Customer Service Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide seamless customer support.
Achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
