Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Senior PPC Manager to lead and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality lead generation, managing large budgets, and delivering strong ROI for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and scale PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Drive high-quality lead generation campaigns for real estate projects
- Manage large advertising budgets and ensure maximum ROI
- Analyze campaign performance (CPL, CPC, CTR, ROAS) and optimize accordingly
- Develop advanced targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives
- Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM
- Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to management
Key Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads (mandatory)
- Experience in handling high-budget campaigns
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnels
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in real estate lead generation (preferred)
Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and ROI
- Prior experience in real estate or lead-driven industry preferred
