Job Title : Staff Nurse

Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse to provide healthcare support to residents at Naveen Rehab. Working closely with the clinical team, you will be responsible for day-to-day nursing care, health monitoring, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for residents in recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic first aid and nursing care to residents in case of injury or illness
- Maintain residents' medical records and health history
- Monitor and manage residents with chronic health or psychiatric conditions
- Assist the treating doctor during clinical assessments and medication administration
- Track and maintain medication records and ensure timely dispensing
- Educate residents and staff on health, hygiene, and infection prevention
- Ensure infection control and prevention of communicable diseases within the facility
- Coordinate with the medical team and management regarding resident health concerns
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition promptly
Required Qualifications
ANM / GNM / BSc Nursing with valid registration under the Tamil Nadu Nursing Council
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in a psychiatric, de-addiction, or residential care setting is an advantage
Key Attributes
Patience and empathy when working with residents in recovery; good observation and reporting skills; ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team; reliable and responsible with medication management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
