Job Summary
We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality execution of work, and coordinate with contractors and site teams. The ideal candidate have a Diploma in Civil Engineering and hands-on experience in site supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Monitor project progress and submit daily/weekly work reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Resolve basic on-site technical and operational issues.
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in site supervision or construction projects.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of construction practices, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.

- Willingness to work at project sites and manage site activities independently.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
