Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Direct Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness through direct engagement strategies. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, executing targeted marketing campaigns, conducting field outreach, and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales goals.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term customers through direct marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify potential B2B and B2C customers through direct outreach activities.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target audiences.
- Campaign Execution
- Execute direct marketing campaigns through cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and telemarketing.Coordinate promotional activities to increase customer engagement and response rates.Ensure timely follow-up with leads generated through campaigns.
- Field Sales & Client Interaction
- Meet potential customers through field visits and face-to-face interactions.Present product/service offerings effectively and explain business benefits.Negotiate and close sales opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Performance Tracking & ReportingTrack
- Campaign performance, response rates, lead conversion, and ROI.Prepare regular sales and marketing activity reports.Analyze customer feedback and campaign data to improve future marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in direct marketing, field sales, or business development preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
