Quisitive is a global technology services firm and premier Microsoft partner. Since 2016, we've grown rapidly across the U.S., Canada, and India — earning dozens of Microsoft Partner of the Year awards along the way — by doing one thing consistently well: hiring talented, curious people and giving them the room to do the most meaningful work of their careers.
Our Hyderabad team sits at the center of that growth. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with consultants, architects, and clients on real transformation projects — not lift-and-shift busywork.
We're hiring a Business Central Developer to join our Hyderabad team and help build the technical backbone of our Dynamics 365 implementations.
This is a hands-on, build-focused role supporting clients across the U.S., Canada and APAC region. You'll write clean AL code, design extensions that actually scale, and partner with Functional Consultants to turn business requirements into Business Central solutions that hold up in the real world — not just in a demo environment.
Because of the customer base, you should be comfortable working partial U.S. hours to overlap with client and onshore team time zones. In return, you'll get exposure to modern Microsoft implementations, strong mentorship from senior architects, and a team that genuinely backs you when the work gets interesting.
- Design, develop, and deploy extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL (and legacy C/AL where needed)
- Build integrations between Business Central and other systems — Power Platform, Azure services, third-party APIs, ISV solutions
- Partner with Functional Consultants to translate business requirements into technical designs that are clean, scalable, and upgrade-safe
- Customize pages, reports, codeunits, and workflows — without breaking what Microsoft gave us out of the box
- Work in Visual Studio Code with Git/Azure DevOps as part of a proper CI/CD lifecycle
- Troubleshoot performance issues, data problems, and the inevitable real-world edge cases after go-live
- Participate in code reviews, share what you learn, and help raise the bar for the team
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV
- Strong AL development skills, with working knowledge of C/AL and the upgrade path between them
- Experience building extensions, APIs, web services, and integrations in Business Central
- Solid grasp of Business Central data model and core modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory)
- Comfortable with Visual Studio Code, Git, and Azure DevOps in a team development environment
- Strong client-facing communication — you can sit on a call with a functional consultant or a customer and explain a technical solution in plain language
- Comfortable working across time zones with a willingness to work partial U.S. hours
- Self-directed and accountable — you don't wait to be told what's next
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications (MB-820 especially)
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Azure Functions, or Logic Apps
- End-to-end Business Central implementation experience, from blueprint to go-live
- Exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency, or intercompany implementations
- Background in Manufacturing, Distribution, or Professional Services verticals
- Experience publishing or working with AppSource extensions
