Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate sales forecasts from B2B, B2C, and international segments into an integrated demand plan
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with demand forecasts and plant capacity
- Align procurement and production plans to ensure seamless operations
- Raise purchase requisitions and ensure timely release of Purchase Orders (POs)
- Coordinate with procurement teams and approved vendors for timely execution
- Track POs and ensure on-time delivery of materials in line with production schedules
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- On-time material availability for production
- Inventory turnover and reduction in expiry/wastage
- Forecast accuracy and planning adherence
- Vendor performance and lead-time compliance
- Audit compliance and documentation accuracy
